All of our puppies come with a 1-year health
guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects. However, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to have
the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 2 business days of receiving the puppy or this Health Guarantee is Null
and Void. Should the puppy have a problem that is irreversible and can
be directly linked to the breeder we will exchange the puppy for another puppy of the same value or refund your money (if
shipping is required, it will be the responsibility of the buyer). We are not responsible for any injuries that the puppy
receives while in your care so please be careful with the puppy. All bulldogs need constant care and attention and if you
are not willing or able to do this you need to consider another breed.
Should you have a problem at the 48 hour visit you must contact us within 24 hours of that visit as well as having the M&L Health
Policy Form you can download at the bottom of the page filled out by a veterinarian. We may also require another
checkup by our vet before we make a decision on the guarantee of the puppy.
If you choose to have your puppy shipped a Health Check/Certification from a licensed veterinarian is required
before flight.
M&L Bulldogs' guarantee a healthy
puppy, but cannot guarantee ultimate size, shape, color, or temperament of the puppy.
Any disorders or problems brought on by environmental factors are the Buyer's responsibility.
This guarantee does not cover any condition that is considered common in the Bulldog
breed, including, but not limited to, stenotic nares (partially closed nostrils), elongated soft palate, cherry eyes, entropion,
loose hips, and skin allergies. Undesending testicals and hernias are also not covered.
This guarantee does not cover fleas, ticks, ear mites, coccidia, or kennel cough (all of which can be contracted durining
shipping).
By purchasing a puppy from M&L Bulldogs
, Buyer agrees and accepts all of the terms of this Health Guarantee.
